What did you come to see? She is just a voice. Known as "a poet with a flow," Jazz V. Hawkins aims to set a new standard for Christian poets and rappers. Influenced at an early age by the world of Hip Hop and R&B, she began writing poetry at the age of 8. By age 10, she was attempting to create original music on a keyboard and rapping. Jazz surrendered her life to Christ at the age of 22, after a divine encounter with God in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Now inspired by personal life experiences, world events, and God's Word, Jazz aspires to share poetic words that speak to the hearts of people around the world.

Poet With A Flow

Jazz's signature poetic flow has become synonymous with a diverse collection of melodies and compositions. In 2019, she released her very first poetic project titled The Voice. The Call was released in January of 2021, and The Invitation was released in April 2022. She is currently working on her newest album, titled Victory. Her poetic projects feature spoken word poetry as well as rap, with original instrumental tracks. Jazz V. Hawkins is a woman on a mission. She will stop at nothing to achieve the goal of enlightening others while spreading the Gospel through her gifts.
